This Katana Elements Volcanic 2pce Carving Set features VG-10 Damascus steel blades. The Damascus steel is one of the most premium steels in Japanese culinary products. This high-quality VG-10 stainless steel is hard and unbreakable and can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC.
This beautiful carving set features a 20cm Carving Fork knife and Carving Fork and are the perfect addition to a Sunday roast. These knives offer not just superb cutting performance but will add colour and vibrancy to your kitchen.
