With a Rockwell hardness of HRC60+, this Japanese-style knife is built to deliver exceptional sharpness and dependable performance.

The natural wood handle gives the Olive Wood kitchen knife range a warm, natural appearance while providing a comfortable grip and balanced feel in the hand. An elegant opal-effect ring adds a distinctive finishing detail, highlighting the craftsmanship and luxury character of the knife.

  • Handwash only with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Not dishwasher safe.
  • Towel dry immediately after washing.
  • Store in a safe place our of reach of children using safe storage solutions e.g. knife block, case or sheath
  • Avoid hard cutting surfaces e.g. glass, stone or ceramic
  • Sharpen as needed using a roller sharpener, sharpening steel or whetstone. Serrated bread knives and steak knives should not be sharpened.
