Any items purchased may be returned to us for a full refund within 28 days of the original date of purchase. Items returned to us must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and fit for resale. Refunds will only be made when the items have been safely received back and have been inspected. If these conditions are not met, your purchase will not be refunded.

If you have purchased the product from one of our retail stockists or online stockists then you need to contact them directly.

To return any items please complete the Returns Form below and await for your request to be authorised. Once approved, please send your unwanted goods back to our returns address. Please note, we will not process unauthorised returns.

The costs of returning unwanted purchases will be borne by the purchaser.

Katana Saya will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage. For this reason we strongly recommend sending returns by recorded delivery.

Please note that our Customer Service team is available Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am–2:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
