Delivery Options
All orders are dispatched using reputable couriers, such as DPD or UPS. Our couriers must verify the age of the recipient at the point of delivery and as such cannot leave your order unattended. You may therefore be asked to show ID at the point of delivery to verify that you are over the age of 18.

*We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery Process
Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s).
Our courier will contact you via email and SMS text message (if a mobile number has been provided) to confirm your tracking number and an estimated date and / or time when your parcel will be delivered.
If the estimated delivery time is not convenient, you can usually re-arrange a suitable delivery attempt directly with the courier by following their instructions in their tracking email and text message, or via their app.If there is no response when the courier tries to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times after which it may be returned back to Katana Saya.
Please note due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to some areas of the UK on a next day delivery service.
Age Verification on Delivery
Challenge 25 is a strategy that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport) if they wish to purchase age restricted goods
Acceptable forms of identification would be Government issued photo identification such as:
• Passport
• Photo Card Driving Licence (not a paper copy)
• National Identity Cards (issued in other countries)
Security and Liability
Our couriers will ensure that your goods are correctly signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Katana Saya does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg pick up from a shop) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is signed for then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient that signed.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your credit or debit card statement and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
For security reasons customers will also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks and age checks.
No orders will be dispatched at weekends or on Bank Holidays, with a limited service between Christmas and New Year.
