This Katana Elements Volcanic 18cm Santoku Knife is a fantastic all-round Knife with a fluted blade to relieve sticking. Santoku is Japanese for ‘3 Ways’ and this refers to the all-round suitability of these knives to slice, chop and prepare food quickly and easily. Supplied in an attractive gift box, the Katana Elements Santoku Knife comes with a wooden 'Saya' for protection for the knife and your fingers!
The Japanese style blade features 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, which is one of the most premium steels used in Japanese culinary products. It offers a high carbon content, giving it exceptional toughness. The exquisite craftsmanship in these attractive knives can be seen in the elegant feathered pattern on the blade. The comfortable handle is made from a vibrant green translucent resin olivewood.
