The Katana Elements Volcanic 12cm Santoku Knife is a great all-round knife with a fluted blade to relieve sticking. This smaller Katana Elements Santoku Knife, makes finely chopping vegetables an absolute breeze. Santoku is Japanese for ‘3 Ways’ and this refers to the all-round suitability of these knives to chop, dice and prepare food as required.
