Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your knives. We also recommend you regularly sharpen your knife with a high quality diamond sharpener or (even better) a whetstone to help maintain the knife's supremely sharp edge. Store in a safe place out of reach of children.
