The blades from the Katana Saya Elements Volcanic 3 Piece Knife Set have 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel. Damascus steel blends the durability of carbon steel with the corrosion resistance of stainless steel which gives it exceptional toughness. The exquisite craftsmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered pattern on the blade. The unique handle is made from olivewood and a vibrant red translucent resin.
Each knife set contains a 20cm Chef's Knife, 20cm Bread Knife and 9cm Paring Knife. The Damascus steel blade material replicated the ancient techniques of sword making for the Japanese Samurai warriors.
These knives offer not just incredible cutting performance but add colour and vibrancy to your kitchen.
