The Japanese style blade features 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, which is one of the most premium steels used in Japanese culinary products. It offers a high carbon content, giving it exceptional toughness. The exquisite craftsmanship in these attractive knives can be seen in the elegant feathered pattern on the blade. The comfortable handle is made from a vibrant green translucent resin olivewood.
