Designed for regular knife maintenance, the diamond-coated sharpening rod helps restore a sharp cutting edge and keep your knives performing at their best. A knife sharpener suitable for most knife types including ceramic but not serrated knives.

Premium Pakkawood Handle

The beautifully polished pakkawood handle of the Pakkawood kitchen knife range provides a comfortable, secure grip while adding a luxurious finish. An elegant opal-effect ring completes the handle, giving the knife a distinctive appearance that looks as impressive as it performs.

  1. Hold the steel upright, tip resting on a stable surface.
  2. Position the knife at a 15° angle against the steel. Other knife brand may require a different angle.
  3. Draw the blade down and across the steel in one smooth motion form heel to tip, alternating sides.
  4. Repeat 3-5 strokes per side, maintaining a consistent angle.
  5. Wipe the blade clean before use.
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use.
  • Handwash only with a soft cloth and mild detergent- not dishwasher safe.
  • Towel dry immediately after washing.
