Santoku is Japanese for ‘3 Ways’ and this refers to the all-round suitability of this Katana Saya Tiger 12cm Santoku Knife to slice, dice and prepare food as required. A great all-round kitchen knife with a fluted blade to relieve sticking. This version is the smaller Santoku with a 12cm blade.
The Eastern range comes gift boxed with a wooden ‘Saya’ that offers the perfect protection for your knife, protecting yourself and others from its supremely sharp edge. The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness.
