The Katana Saya Pearl 6 Pce Knife Block Set comes with 20cm Chef's Knife, 20cm Carving Knife, 20cm Bread Knife, 12cm Utility Knife and a 9cm Paring Knife. It also includes a luxury solid wooden knife block in dark rubber wood.
This knife block set will service all you kitchen needs and balances great performance at an attractive price. Each blade has 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness. VG-10 steel is one of the most premium steels in Japanese culinary products as it hard and unbreakable, reaching a Rockwell hardness rating of us to 63HRC.
