This Katana Saya Pearl 3 Piece Knife Set offers blades with 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness. VG-10 steel is one of the most premium steels in Japanese culinary products as it hard and unbreakable, reaching a Rockwell hardness rating of us to 63HRC. The incredible craftsmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant feathered pattern on the blade. The handles feature a stunning abalone shell pattern which will look incredible in modern and traditional kitchens.
