This Katana Saya Pearl 12cm Utility Knife is a small but versatile knife. The 12cm blade is not as precise as the paring but it has greater strength. The utility can be seen as a small chef’s knife for more delicate tasks as it is great for cutting fruit and small vegetables. The Western range comes gift boxed with a leather sheath that offers the perfect protection for your knife, protecting yourself and others from its incredibly sharp edge.
The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness. The exquisite craftmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered Damascus pattern on the blade. The blade is finished with an elegant and unique abalone shell handle.
