A beautifully crafted 12cm Santoku knife - compact, versatile and easy to control, it’s ideal for everyday food preparation and smaller cutting tasks. The word Santoku translates from Japanese as “three virtues” or “three uses”, referring to the knife’s versatility for slicing, dicing and chopping. The fluted blade helps reduce food sticking during preparation, allowing ingredients to release more easily from the blade as you work.

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your knives.
