This Katana Elements Volcanic 2pce Carving Set features VG-10 Damascus steel blades. The Damascus steel is one of the most premium steels in Japanese culinary products. This high-quality VG-10 stainless steel is hard and unbreakable and can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC.
This beautiful carving set features a 20cm Carving Fork knife and Carving Fork and are the perfect addition to a Sunday roast. These knives offer not just superb cutting performance but will add colour and vibrancy to your kitchen.
The exquisite craftsmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered pattern on the blade which replicates the ancient techniques of sword making for the Japanese Samurai warriors. The unique handle is made from olivewood and a vibrant blue translucent resin.
