This Katana Elements Rainforest 2pce Carving Set features VG-10 Damascus steel blades. This high-quality VG-10 stainless steel is hard and unbreakable and can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC.
This beautiful carving set features a 20cm Carving Fork Knife and Carving Fork and are a wonderful addition to a Sunday roast. These knives offer not just supreme cutting performance but will add colour and vibrancy to your kitchen.
